1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

     • The APPS 

     • using forms and/or emails. 

     • When contracting services offered within the APPS.

   • Data obtained through activities and actions arising from the above interactions.

   • Information derived from the study and research of the aforementioned data.

   1. TRBO FAST TOOLS INC will process the necessary data to fulfill specific processing purposes, and the data requested will vary depending on the specific case and the selected application. This data may include:

      • First and last name

      • Gender identity

      • Nickname

      •  Email address

      •  Birthday

      •  Demographic location

      •  Time zone

      •  Photos uploaded

   2. It's important to note that we also automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or browse the APPS. This data does not disclose your specific identity, such as your name or contact information. It may encompass device and usage information, such as your IP address, device details, browser specifications, operating system, language preferences, referring URL, device name, country, location, and data about how and when you use our APPS. This information is primarily used to maintain the security and functionality of our APPS, as well as for internal analysis and reporting.

         1. Log and usage data: This pertains to service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information that our servers collect as you access or use our APPS. It may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings, as well as information about your activity on the APPS.

         2. Device data: We gather information related to the device you use to access the APPS, including your IP address (or proxy server), device and APPS identification numbers, location, browser type, internet service provider, hardware model, operating system, and system configuration.

         3. Location data: We may collect location data, which can be either accurate or approximate, depending on your device's type and settings. We use technologies such as GPS to determine your current location based on your IP address. You can choose to deny access to this information or disable location settings on your device.

         6. Mobile Device Data: We automatically gather device information, including your mobile device identifier, manufacturer, model, operating system, hardware details, browser type, internet service provider, and IP address.

         7. Push notifications: We may request permission to send push notifications related to your account or specific APPS features. You can opt out of these communications by adjusting your device settings.

Facebook Permissions: Apps may – if you choose to sign in with Facebook – access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission.          9. Data From Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys: Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.

         10. The collection of this information is primarily for the purpose of maintaining the security and functionality of our APPS, for troubleshooting, and for internal analysis and reporting.

   3. TRBO FAST TOOLS INC will process personal data of all users only when there is a valid legal basis for the processing and in compliance with the user's right to be informed and other essential obligations in this field.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

   1. We process your personal information for the stable and correct operation of the application. And also for analytics and improvement of our application and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

   2. To protect our Services. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our App safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

   3. To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for business purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or in connection with our contract.

   4. Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the App more personalized.

   5. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.

   6. Notify you of updates to the App or Site.

   7. Request feedback and contact you about your use of the App.

   8. To improve our website and product (we continually strive to improve our apps and the website based on your feedback)

   9. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

   10. To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the App, which will enable them to collect data on our behalf about how you interact with our App over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, pages or features, and better understand online activity. Unless described in this notice, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

   1. ​We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the App to help customize the App and improve your experience. For more information on how we use cookies, please refer to our Cookie Policy posted on the App, which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to be bound by our Cookie Policy.

5. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

   1. ​Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

6. WEB SITE ANALYTICS

   1. We may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, to allow tracking technologies and re marketing services on the App through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the App, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity. By accessing the App or our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. However, if you do not want any information to be collected and used by tracking technologies, you can visit the third-party vendor or Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out Tool or Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool.

   2. You should be aware that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser’s cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings.

7. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

   1. ​Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to, or on, the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website, or through any of its features/functionality, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features that may be available on this Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
   In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
   Please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?" above), in and other countries.

9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

   1. User data processed in the Application is stored from the moment of application installation and throughout the period of Application use. If you log out from the app and/or withdraw the user agreement, all your information will be removed from our system.

10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

    1. Right to correct: the right to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

    2. Right to erase: the right to request that we delete or remove your data from our systems;

    3. If you would at any time like to review or delete the information in your account you can:

    4. Go to the application, open settings, go to Terms of Service section, and by selecting withdraw the agreement at the end of the page, your account will be terminated and all profile list data will be removed immediately.

    5. Upon your request to terminate your account in the Terms of Service section in the WhatsSeen application, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

11. NOTICE TO USERS FROM THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

    1. ​If you are visiting and using the Services from the European Economic Area (‘EEA’), please be aware that you are sending information (including personal data) to the United States where our partner platform’s servers are located. Our partners and/or staff operating outside the EEA may process this information. The information may then be transferred within the United States or back out of the United States to other countries outside of your country of residence, depending on the type of information and how we store it. These countries (including the United States) may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in your country of residence; however, our collection, storage and use of your personal data will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy. BY SUPPLYING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT OF THE EEA, AND TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION IN THE U.S., SUBJECT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
